A 10-week project undertaken at the National Institute of Design, Bangalore to study the system of ex-servicemen resettlement and employment in India, and arrive at design interventions through a systems thinking approach. The functions of soldiers' documentation, resettlement training, and subsequent employment were considered while arriving at solutions for this project.
